Scaling Deep

We have the unique opportunity to collectively slow down and intentionally move with courage and creativity to shape the culture of Baltimore’s tech and startup ecosystem toward care for the whole human, organization and community.

This work is messy, dynamic, complex, unpredictable and alive.

Scaling Deep is leadership development program for women and femme-bodied executives, founders and established leaders committed to deepening community and developing skills that ground and guide us in this work.  

Set in and inspired by nature, the program offers frameworks, practices and tools that develop our capacity to:

• Deepen relationships

• Align our actions with our values

• Connect with a sense of possibility in our work

• Build muscle for transformative growth

Scaling Deep spans 7-months with 4 in-person “retreat style” sessions held outdoors at local parks and greenspaces throughout Baltimore. Each session includes a practice centered in our humanity– community, rest, play and dreaming– as well as a deep-dive into frameworks for leading transformative change.
